I read your brief
Thomas reads every submission the same day or the next morning. No automated responses. Within 48 hours you will receive a written reply: either questions, a proposal outline, or an honest assessment of whether this is a good fit.
You receive a proposal
If the project is a fit, a formal written proposal follows within a further 48 hours. Scope and price confirmed clearly. No vague estimates, no "it depends" without an explanation.
Build, review and launch
Design and build begins once the first milestone payment is confirmed. You review everything before it goes live. Nothing launches until you are confident in it.

What should I include in my brief?
Include your clinic name, what you specialise in, who your patients are, what is not working with your current site (or why you need one), and your rough budget. You do not need everything worked out. The brief is the starting point. I will ask follow-up questions if needed.
How quickly will you respond?
I aim to respond to all project briefs within 48 hours on business days. Every submission is read before I reply. There are no automated responses.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Many clinics come to me with a general sense of what is not working rather than a detailed brief. Tell me what your practice does, who your patients are, and what is missing from your online presence. I will help identify the right approach.
Do you only work with clinics in Swindon?
No. Pergonia Digital is based in Swindon but works with independent physiotherapy, osteopathy and MSK clinics across the UK. The entire project process is written, so location is not a factor. View the services.
